We do not charge your credit card for the waiting time, when your flight is delayed !!! - We are monitoring the flight and waiting for you !!! We Do charge your credit card if you have reservation with us, and you don't show up without cancelling the trip !!! For all airport transfers you need to cancel your reservation not later than 4 hours prior the pick up time, otherwise a full charge occurs !!! For all hourly charters you need to cancel your reservation not later than 24 hours prior the pick up time, otherwise a full charge occurs !!! GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS The clients assume a full financial liability for any damages to the limousine caused during the rental by them and any members of their party !!! Drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid by the customer. No smoking allowed in all of our Chicago limousines !!! The driver has the right to terminate the run without a refund (if there is a blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s) !!! Deja Vu Limousines Inc. is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown during a charter and will be responsible only for making up the lost time at a mutually agreed date !!! Deja Vu Limousines Inc. does not take responsibility for delayed travel time due to unforeseen weather, traffic, road conditions (for example, unsafe road conditions in winter, or delays beyond our control !!!
