RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION
For all prom-charters you need to cancel your limo reservation not later than 7 days prior the pick up time, otherwise a full charge occurs !!!

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  • The clients assume a full financial liability for any damages to the limousine caused during the rental by them and any members of their party !!!

  • Drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid by the customer. No smoking allowed in all of our limousines !!!
  • The driver has the right to terminate the run without a refund (if there is a blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s) !!!

  • Deja Vu Limousines Inc. is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown during a charter and will be responsible only for making up the lost time at a mutually agreed date !!!

  • Deja Vu Limousines Inc. does not take responsibility for delayed travel time due to unforeseen weather, traffic, road conditions (for example, unsafe road conditions in winter, or delays beyond our control !!!

  • Deja Vu Limousines Inc. is not responsible for articles left in the limousines !!!
